Step 3: We will set up an appointment to tour the property, show you the secret marketing techniques we use to sell homes, go over recent market activity in your area to educate you on value, and make recommendations for maximizing your profit and increasing your speed of sale. If we agree to work with each other, we will sign the listing contract, and we will immediately get to work.
